300: Andrew Ferebee: The Journey to Episode 300

Woo! Episode 300 baby!

Thank you guys so much for supporting Knowledge for Men over the past and helping me create the world’s premier resource for men who want to crush it in all areas of life.

3 years and 3 million downloads in the making and we are just getting started.

I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

In honor of episode 300, I decided to share some of the key insights I have learned after 3 years on this journey.

Key Points

1. You Have to Commit to Make a Change

Nothing in your life will change until you commit with absolute certainty to your path as a man.

Your health, finances, relationships, and personal growth will NEVER change unless you make a “Do or die” commitment to achieving your goals and becoming the person that you want to be.

This is the only way to achieve success.

If you want something, commit to it.

No half-assed “It would be nice to achieve xyz” commitments either.

You have to say “Either I will achieve this goal and become the man I want to be or I will die trying.”

2. Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life

We live in a day and age where men are victims.

They blame the economy, the government, society, and their upbringing for their lack of success.

But the truth is, you are the only one who is responsible for your life.

No one else. Not Uncle Sam, not mommy and daddy, not your friends… YOU.

And if you want to change your life, then you have to take 100% responsibility.

You have to say “I got myself here and I can get myself out.

Because until you do, nothing will change.

Not your body, not your relationships, not your finances.

Nothing will change until you look yourself in the mirror and say “Enough is enough. No one is coming to save me. I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.”

3. The Things That Scare You the Most Are the Things You Most Need to Do

If you are afraid of something… Good!

This means that you have a clear map to follow for what action you need to be taking in life.

You see, the world has this weird way of working where it is the things that scare us most that are the things we most need to do.

If you are scared of talking to that beautiful woman, that is a good sign you need to man up and talk to her.

If you are scared of quitting your job and starting your own business, that is a good sign that you need to do it.

If you are scared of going to the gym because you are afraid of what other people will think, that is a good sign you need to get your ass off the couch and onto a weight bench.

Let your fears guide you.

They rarely lead you astray.

4. If You Are Not Growing You Are Dying

Life is about constant and never-ending growth.

If you want to live your life in such a way that you can take your final breath with a smile on your face, then you must be willing to commit yourself to constant growth.

F!ck complacency.

I don’t care if you have $10,000,000 in the bank account, a model wife, and all the material possessions this world has to offer, if you are not pushing yourself to grow and expand, you are digging yourself an early grave.

Never settle in life, never be content with who you are and what you have achieved.

You have to constantly push yourself to do more, achieve more, and, most importantly become more.

5. Life is About Who You Become Not What You Achieve

On this journey called life, many people lose sight of what is really important.

They believe that material wealth, sexual experiences, and physical prowess are what makes a man.

But the reality is, life is about the man that you become, not the things that you do or the possessions that you gather.

It’s about your character.

It’s about who you impact, the way you show up in the world, and the way that you treat those around you.

And here’s the thing.

If you want millions in your bank account, a beautiful girlfriend, and an impressive body, focus on becoming a better man first and those things tend to follow.

Never forget, success is something that you attract by the person that you become.

There you have it gentlemen.

It has been an incredible journey over the past three years and we haven’t even begun.
