Key Points

1. Drop Out of Anything that Isn’t a “Hell Yes”

If you are stuck in a rut in your life right now and truly want to break through to unprecedented levels of success and happiness, then you must drop out of anything that isn’t a “Hell yes”.

That which is not a “Hell yes!” is a “Hell no”.

Period.

If your relationship is not lighting you on fire and bringing you a sense of joy and happiness, drop out.

If your job feels like a chore and you wake up each morning dreading your day, drop out.

If your habits and routines are stealing your energy, causing depression, and shame, then drop out.

Anything in your life that isn’t serving you, anything that isn’t a “Hell yes”, needs to be dropped immediately.

Because if it ain’t a “Hell yes”, it is a “Hell no”.

2. Boldly Face Fear and Rise

Are you scared?

Good, then it’s time to take action.

The things that you are scared of, the fears that are holding you back in life, are often the greatest indicator of what your next step should be.

If you are scared of dropping out of college, quitting your job, or leaving a relationship and you feel a burning desire to do it, then you need to boldly face your fear and overcome the obstacle in your path.

Let your fear be your guide.

Face the things that scare you.

Boldly stand up to uncertainty and embrace it.

If you are not scared, if you are not uncomfortable, then you are not growing, you are not pushing yourself to new levels, and you are not living.

Boldly face your fear and rise.

3. You Are Enough

I want you to read the above line again.

You are enough.

No “If’s” or “But’s”.

Simply, you are enough.

Right now, in this very moment, as you are reading this… You are enough.

You are enough for the woman of your dreams, you are enough to accomplish your goals and ambitions, you are enough to live a happy and fulfilled life.

Everything you need is lying dormant inside of you right now, just waiting for you to accept this truth and wake it up.

You are enough.

Believe it, own it, and pay it forward.

4. Have You Truly Lived?

All men die, but not all men truly live ~William Wallace, Braveheart

You are going to die.

I am going to die.

Everyone on this planet who is alive right now is going to die.

But the question remains, have you truly lived?

Death is inevitable, but real life is not.

So have you lived? Have you faced your fears? Have you loved deeply? Have you taken massive action? Have you pursued your dreams?

Or have you just done what you’re told to do? Have you stagnated? Have you allowed other people’s beliefs and opinions to control your life?

Each and every day, you have a choice.

You can live or you can exist.

So which one will it be?

5. It’s Ok Not to Know

Society wants us to believe that we need to have everything figured out.

But that’s b.s.

We don’t need to know everything… We don’t really need to know anything.

The joy of life is in the journey, it’s in discovery, it’s in charting new paths and boldly moving through uncertainty.

So if you don’t know what the future holds, if you are unsure of your path and purpose… It’s time to get excited!

Because it is in the uncertain and the unknown that life really happens.
